Pair of compact active speakers, 2 x 40W_MAX, 2 x 20W_RMS

Compact active system with a surprisingly powerful sound, featuring a 2-channel amplifier in one of the speaker systems and connection of the second speaker system to this amplifier. Beside the variable input sensitivity, the amplifier features a bass control and a treble control. Set up in a high-quality bass-reflex MDF cabinet (body in black veneer look, front with black lacquered surface). A 10cm bass-midrange speaker with glass fibre cone and a soft dome tweeter, both with magnetic shielding, are applied in each speaker system. The amplifier is equipped with a stereo RCA input and a stereo jack input (6.3mm).

The SOUND-40/SW speakers are ideally suited as active HiFi speaker systems or also for a distinct improvement of the TV sound, high-end PC speakers and for small PA applications requiring a powerful sound (media presentations with moderate level requirements or similar). These speaker systems provide an amazingly voluminous sound and are also suitable as a monitor for entry-level home recordings.
